This app is for simple single-story extensions and renovations in the ACT. It should not be used for upper story extension or for projects on steep or complex sites.
You can use this app for both personal and professional projects. PDFs generated by the tools can be used commercially. However, the branding, business name, contact details, and logo displayed on the PDF must not be removed or altered in any way. The app and associated PDF reports are covered by copyright. This means you cannot copy or replicate the contents, structure or business logic of the app or PDF for use in another format or application without written permission.
As this is a free service there are no warranties or technical support. You agree to indemnify me against any losses, claims, or damages I may suffer as a result of your use of the app or report. This agreement is governed by the laws of the Australian Capital Territory, Australia.
When you use this app, your usage will be tracked and all information you enter will be stored. This includes personal and identifying data along with potentially commercially sensitive information. Data will not be shared with third parties for marketing purposes. Any email address you provide may be added to a mailing list managed by Andrew Remely.
